Finally, producer Dil Raju gave in. The shooting and major part of post production of his movie Gaganam have been completed. However, this experimental will be released only next year. Gaganam is an experimental movie directed by Radha Mohan of Akashamantha fame. It is a hijack based drama, in which Nagarjuna plays an army personnel while Prakash Raj plays a terrorist. The movie has no songs, and no heroine too. Poonam Kaur has a very small but important role in the movie.
The reason why this has been delayed is that Nagarjuna’s next movie, Ragada will be released on December 17th. Nagarjuna is under some pressure to give a commercial hit, after duds like King and Kedi.Hence, Dil Raju said that he Nag, he and Prakash Raj have taken the decision to postpone the experimental movie, and release the commercial movie first. Prakash Raj is the producer of the Tamil version of Gaganam. This will be Nagarjuna’s return of sorts to Tamil industry after the movie Rachagan
